Frank has been commissioned by the City of Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and Pompano Beach. He believes photography is a critical aspect of the society we live in and has the capacity for educating in all aspects of daily life. Rockefeller Center collaborated with United Nations Environment Program and the Climate Museum to create a monumental call to climate action through public art. Frank was selected for this cause from a large pool of artists in which he created and flew a flag called “Save Me” in the heart of Rockefeller Center in their first ever crowd sourced art initiative.
